These core principles guide our firm. Founded by Ryker and Tina Young in 2003, LoneOak Ventures' primary focus is in Real Estate Development and Investment however, our portfolio includes numerous endeavors, including Media, Sports Marketing, Entertainment, Technology, Agricultural, and Web properties.

LoneOak currently has investments throughout the US- including Oklahoma, Texas, Tennessee, Florida, Arizona, Idaho and Hawaii. While our current portfolio is largely comprised of luxury real estate in premier golf communities, we are continuing to diversify our investments to include single home and multi-family residential, as well as commercial and medical real estate land development. LoneOak is dedicated to filling a need in the marketplace, which improve the quality of life in communities both near and far.

Our Team

  • Ryker Young Retiring from the Technology sector in 2002, Ryker Young founded LoneOak Ventures and serves as the Companies President and CEO overseeing all business holdings.
  • Tina Young As co-Founder of LoneOak, Tina Young serves as Executive Vice President and oversees special projects for the firm as well as heading up the Young Family Foundation.
  • Tammy Murray Joining LoneOak upon its inception, Tammy Murray serves as the firms Controller and Finance Director, managing the financial divisions of all LoneOak holdings and assists in daily operations. 
  • JD Sanders In March of 2007, JD Sanders joined LoneOak as the firms Marketing and Business Development Director, overseeing sales, marketing and branding for company endeavors.
  • Steve Woods As the company's Director of Construction Management, Steve Woods oversees all LoneOak construction projects and related activities.
